The Coaching Lodge

About me

Kaja Lodge

My name is Kaja Lodge (she/her) and I grew up within a web of different cultures: between my parents' home countries and my birthplace Munich, and between my neurotypical surroundings and my neurodivergent experience.

Growing up between these different worlds sparked in me a deep curiosity about how we can build bridges between identities, cultures, and experiences. Since childhood I have been on a constant search for greater meaning and for how we can find connection amid diversity — across societies, generations, and the many facets of ourselves.

Film, dance, and music have always been my forms of expression for connection. Through them we tell stories beyond words. They carry memories, keep cultures alive, and link the past with the future.

This passion led me to a music-focused secondary school, a Bachelor's in Film Studies, and a Master's in Media Culture Studies. Along these paths I learned how stories spark reflection, generate new ideas, and create clarity in complex worlds of thought.

Professionally, I followed this thread of connection: from English teaching through community management to sales, where as a business coach and sales trainer I helped people clearly recognize their strengths and build confidence in their own abilities.

Since 2025 I work as an independent coach and trainer, expanding my knowledge with an MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology. My focus is guiding neurodivergent and gifted people back to their self-confidence and strengthening their sense of self.

At its core it is always about connection: to ourselves, to each other, and to the stories that shape us.
